Our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program helps children and adolescents develop the emotional, behavioral, and social skills needed to function successfully in their daily lives. We provide individualized, person-centered support focused on improving coping strategies, behavior management, and overall stability. Services are delivered in natural environments and involve collaboration with families to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Our goal is to promote independence, strengthen relationships, and support long-term success.

Choosing The Right Path Mental Health Services LLC, is a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)
that assists youth and adults, who have a qualifying mental illness by offering services that enhance skills related to daily living. The overarching goal is to offer services that reduce the barriers to independence, learning, protection of rights and choices and will enhance healthy psychological development of people affected by mental stress and disorders.

Our leadership team is comprised of CEO Paul Banks, Program Director Desmond Banks, Rehabilitation Specialist Imani Craig, and Team Administrator Sydney Edmond. Collectively, our team brings a diverse range of expertise in organizational leadership, program development, client-centered care, and operational management.

With strong backgrounds in team leadership, strategic planning, and service delivery, our leadership team is dedicated to implementing innovative and effective approaches that support both organizational growth and high-quality care. Each member plays a vital role in ensuring that our programs are structured, responsive, and aligned with best practices in the field.

Through meaningful community initiatives, we proudly live out our mission of empowering youth and uplifting families. From hosting our annual turkey drive to ensure families have meals during the holiday season, to organizing book bag drives that prepare students for a successful school year, we are committed to meeting real needs in our community. Our Skyzone empowerment event brings youth together for inspiration and connection, while our after-school tutoring program provides academic support and mentorship that strengthens confidence and long-term success. Together, these efforts reflect our dedication to giving back and creating opportunities for the families we serve.
